What we do
Team Labs is Reflo's team for teams. Playing kit, training wear, travel wear and staff uniform, designed with you and made with recycled materials. One supplier for the whole squad, from the first team to the academy.
Sustainability that holds up. Our Reloop technology makes kit recyclable at end of life - for the Nissan Formula E Team, 50% of the kit is fully recyclable. If your club has committed to environmental targets, this is how the kit stops being the exception.
Built around your season. Tell us when you kick off and we'll work back from it. Squad sizes change, players arrive late, numbers get reprinted - we plan for that rather than pretending it won't happen.

Grouped by sport, because that is how a club reads a roster. Each entry says what we actually supply and at what level - a partner list without that is decoration.
Four teams on the Formula E grid, plus Formula 1
Formula E · Team & travel wear
Built on Reloop single-fibre construction - fabric, thread, label and trim all recycled polyester - so the garment goes into one recycling stream instead of being separated by hand.
Formula E · Team wear
A second Formula E paddock alongside Nissan - the same specification held for two teams competing against each other in the same championship, without either programme borrowing from the other.
Formula 1 · Team wear
Our only Formula 1 programme, and the most photographed kit we make. Paddock wear is shot from every angle across a 24-race calendar, which is a durability and colour-consistency test before it is anything else.
Formula E · Team wear
A third Formula E programme running to the same specification as Nissan and Jaguar.

The newest of the four, brought onto the same platform from a standing start inside one off-season.
EFL and National League, first team through to staff
National League · Travel & team wear
Official Travel Wear Supplier, and Official Team Wear Partner from 2025/6. The 2025/26 kit is the world's first vegan football kit - which only works because the whole garment, down to the thread and trim, was specified that way from the start. Environmental positioning is central to how this club is run, so it is the hardest audience we supply.
EFL · Team wear
One specification across the whole football operation rather than a playing-kit deal with the staffwear bolted on separately.
We also produce for golf, rugby, padel and training programmes. Those are capability rather than named partnerships, and we would rather say so than pad this list.
